+1 on all the HD comments here. And I know at least 5 other people who would actually choose to watch a random game on FSC if it was broadcast in HD that they currently don't choose to do. And I believe majority of the current subscribers would pay extra to get HD broadcasts. It's really pathetic that the picure quality for the best leagues in the world in this sport is so poor in the U.S. Every other sport is shown in HD, even cycling on VS, and FSC is still lagging. It's really poor.

Since Sky Sports is also owned by Mr. Murdochs's vast empire, it puzzles me why they cannot broadcast games in HD in America. On a recent trip to the UK, every game offered on the several Sky Sports channels were broadcast in HD. If News Corp really wants to make pro Soccer more acceptable and grow the viewing base in America, they need HD. I'd gladly fork over $10 plus per month for it and they could take away all those local Fox Sports Channels on Direct TV that are in HD!! Could it be that since noone really competes for these same rights like they do in the UK, that Fox does not feel obliged to spend on getting HD access? Rupert "please build it and they will come!"

It is farcical to watch Fox Sports aggressively pushing "Sylvania HDTV" on every soccer broadcast with the moniker "enjoy prem soccer in HD" when there is no sign of any HD feed!! It is comically unprofessional, and an insult to US soccer fans as though it is unimportant to provide quality coverage. US TEEN soccer is shown live on HD on Espn for crying out loud!!! Get it done!!!

I have to agree with SteelCity on this. when will FSC go HD? Rupport Murdoch owner of Fox owns a company called Sky in the UK and the SkySports channels have been broadcasting in HD for the last few seasons. My 1080p 40" HDTV is begging out to watch the English Prem in HD :-)

You cannot call yourself "the premier television destination" when you don't even broadcast in HD. Come on guys...it's 2008 for #### sake!

Why can I not see soccer shown like they do in Europe? The camera at FSC is either in the stand while ball is in play, watching the coach durning play, unless he is doing something crazy. If a pushing or fight breaks out the camera is automatically viewing the stands. I would like the camera to stay in panomramic view As Long As Possible, and please get an announcer who can properly explain the execution of a play. Most of your viewers have played soccer in their lives please don't try to cover-up obvious errors made by the players. It makes you appear bias and not technically competent. Please help us enjoy the game better by sending all your soccer announcers to Europe preferably Germany where they have the viewing of soccer to a SCIENCE. Thank you! After years of Eye Abuse by your cameraman/mgr. I just couldn't take it anymore.

Gotta agree that an HD offering soon would be highly desirable. Also, what happened to early Saturday games and Monday games? Did Fox lose the rights to those games?

Are you guys aware of how poor--how crummy, how blurred, how smudged, how downright disgusting--the Fox Soccer Channel picture quality is for those of us with plasma High Definition TVs? On such sets (and their number is legion and growing), the 480p resolution at which the FSC signal is transmitted yields a virtually unwatchable picture. When are you guys going to get it together and start transmitting in, at least, 720p and/or better, in 1080i or 1080p and in High Def? When you do, I and the many thousands of us in the same predicament will be spending a lot more time watching soccer on FSC. And isnt that what you want? If it is, get on the stick and spend the money necessary to get up to speed with the state of the art.
